Tématem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení současných průzkumů spokojenosti a průzkumů přání, potřeb a očekávání zákazníků společnosti CompuGroup Medical Česká republika s.r.o. The theme of this thesis is to assess current satisfaction surveys and surveys wishes, needs and expectations of customers of CompuGROUP Medical Česká republika s.r.o.
