Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou faktory ovlivňující pracovní spokojenost s ohledem na vertikální a horizontální vztahy ve firemním prostředí. Tyto faktory jsou motivace, stimulace a rozvoj pracovníků z pohledu sociálních a psychologických hledisek. Důležitou součástí pro tyto faktory je komunikace mezi managementem podniku a ostatními pracovníky, kde se utváří jejich role ve firemním prostředí. Zdůrazněna je především nezbytná důležitost všech těchto hledisek v rámci motivace, stimulace a rozvoje pracovníků v personálních činnostech, kde adekvátní zvládnutí této problematiky je ze strany vedení podniku jedním z nejtěžších a nejdůležitějších prostředků v nelehkém úkolu managementu. V teoretické části jsou čerpány informace z odborné literatury, které se týkají faktorů ovlivňující pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců. V aplikační části je s pomocí stanovených hypotéz vytvořen dotazník, který je zaměřen na faktory, které mohou ovlivnit spokojenost zaměstnanců v podniku. Z vyhodnocených dat bylo zjištěno, jak zaměstnanci vnímají spokojenost na pracovišti. Cílem této práce jsou návrhy a řešení nedostatků v podniku zjištěných z výsledků dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis, are the factors affecting job satisfaction with regard to the vertical and horizontal relationships in the corporate environment. These factors are motivation, stimulation and development of employees in terms of social and psychological aspects. An important part of these factors is the communication between the company management and other personnel, which constitute their role in the corporate environment. Emphasis is especially essential importance of all these aspects of the motivation, stimulation and development of staff in personnel activities where adequate to cope with this issue is the management of one of the most difficult and the most important means in the difficult task management. In the theoretical part of the information is drawn from the literature concerning the factors influencing job satisfaction of employees. The application part is with the hypotheses developed a questionnaire that focuses on factors that may affect employee satisfaction in the company. The evaluated data was found, how employees perceive satisfaction Workplace. The aim of this work is the design and address, the weaknesses identified in the company of the survey results.
