The process of the realization of retraining from the perspective of implementers in the Republic Training Centre

Abstract:

Bakalářská diplomová práce je zaměřena na proces realizace rekvalifikací z pohledu jeho realizátorů. Práce je koncipována do dvou částí: teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část je věnována vymezení pojmu celoživotní učení a vzdělávání dospělých, poté specifikuji politiku zaměstnanosti a rekvalifikace. Posledním objasňovaným pojmem v teoretické části jsou pak rekvalifikační kurzy jako nástroj aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. V závěru teoretické části práce představuji Republikové centrum vzdělávání, kde byl realizován sběr dat a celý empirický výzkum. Empirická část je formou kvalitativního výzkumného šetření, které bylo realizováno prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Cílem této části práce bylo odpovědět na hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Jakým způsobem probíhá realizace rekvalifikací jako nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti v Republikovém centru vzdělávání? Zároveň bylo zjišťováno, jak realizaci vnímají zaměstnanci vzdělávací instituce, jak popisují svoji úlohu v tomto procesu a jak vidí další uplatnění účastníků rekvalifikací na trhu práce z hlediska jejich přínosů či limitů.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the implementation process of retraining in terms of its providers. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part is devoted to the definition of the concept of lifelong learning and adult education, thereafter I specify an employment policy and retraining. The last clarifying term in the theoretical part is retraining as an instrument of an active employment policy. At the end of the theoretical part I introduce the Republic Training Centre, where data collection and empirical research were carried out. The empirical part uses qualitative research which was conducted by way of semi-structured interviews. The aim of this part was to answer the research question: How is the implementation of retraining as an active employment policy instrument realized in the Republic Training Centre? There was also a simultaneous survey how employees of the educational institution perceive the implementation, explain their role in this process and how they see the career retraining participants´ future at the labour market in terms of their benefits and limits.
