Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a spokojeností rodičů a pedagogů s inkluzí v podmínkách malotřídní školy ZŠ a MŠ Staré Město pod Landštejnem. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy jako inkluze a integrace, malotřídní škola, speciální vzdělávací potřeby, žák se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami, podpůrná opatření a poradenský systém zaměřený na školství v ČR. V empirické části je použit kvalitativní přístup s využitím rozhovorů s rodiči a pedagogy, případových studií, analýzou dokumentů školy a pozorováním žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami v prostředí malotřídní školy ZŠ a MŠ Staré Město pod Landštejnem. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že vzhledem k malému počtu žáků ve třídě se jeví inkluze žáků se SVP jako velmi vhodná v podmínkách malotřídní školy ZŠ a MŠ Staré Město pod Landštejnem. Rodiče těchto žáků jsou s malotřídní školou a přístupem všech pedagogů velmi spokojeni. Pedagogové inkluzi vnímají odlišně podle toho, z jakého úhlu pohledu na ni nahlížejí.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the education of the pupils with special educational needs and with the satisfaction of parents and teachers with inclusion in conditions of the primary school with more grades in one class in Staré Město pod Landštejnem. The theoretical part defines concepts such as inclusion and integration, primary school with more grades in one class, special educational needs, pupils with special educational needs, support measures and counseling system focused on education in the Czech Republic. The empirical part uses a qualitative approach using interviews with parents and teachers, case studies, analysis of school documents and observation of the pupils with special educational needs in the environment of the primary school with more grades in one class in Staré Město pod Landštejnem. The research has shown that the inclusion is very appropriate in the conditions of a primary school with more grades in one class in Staré Město pod Landštejnem due to the small number of pupils in classes. The parents of these pupils are very satisfied with a primary school with more grades in one class and the approach of all the teachers. The teachers perceive inclusion differently, depending on the angle from which they see it.
