Optimizing and application of the process of registration of suppliers in FiPo, Ltd.
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci procesu registrace dodavatelů a na jeho následnou aplikaci. Pomocí NINTEX workflow a SAP je vytvořen postup, který usnadní registraci nových dodavatelů do systému firmy. Popsaný návrh řešení a jeho aplikace prokazatelně vedou k celkovému zlepšení komunikace mezi jednotlivými pracovníky a ke snížení nákladů podniku.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on optimization of process of supplier registration and on its following application. Process created by using NINTEX workflow and SAP makes registration of new suppliers into the company system easier. Described solution and its application prove to lead to overall improvement of communication between particular employees and to reduction of company costs.
