Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na vývoj struktury veřejné správy v letech 1966 - 1970. Byl přijat nový zákon č. 69/1967 Sb., o národních výborech, na základě kterého mělo dojít k posílení postavení národních výborů. V roce 1968 vznikla na základě ústavního zákona č. 143/1968 Sb. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the evolution of public administration in the years 1966 – 1970. A new Act No. 69/1967, about the national committees was adopted in 1967. The stronger role was expected from the national committes on the basis of above mentioned Act. Czechoslovak Federation was founded in 1968 on the basis of Constitutional Act No. 143/1968.
