Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vývoj optotypů a jejich proměny v průběhu času. Práce pojednává o zrakové ostrosti, roli optotypů v optometrické praxi, jednotlivých typech optotypů a jejich konstrukčních provedeních, vybraných typech optotypů užívaných ve vyšetřovnách v ČR a závěrem o studii, která porovnává písmenový op-totyp a optotyp s užitím znaku Landoltova C. The bachelor thesis is focused on optotypes and their evolution over time. The thesis deals with visual acuity, the role of optotypes in optometric practice, different types of optotypes and their design, selected types of optotypes used in the examination rooms in the Czech Republic and a study comparing the letter optotype and the Landolt's C optotype.
