The effect of compression calf sleeves on running performance
Abstract:
Práce pojednává o vlivu kompresních lýtkových návleků na běžecký výkon. Teoretická část popisuje anatomii dolní končetiny, alternativní prostředky zvyšující výkon a kompresní oblečení. Praktická část popisuje výzkumný problém a prezentuje výsledky. Dále pak obsahuje diskuzi, která porovnává dosažené výsledky s dřívějšími studiemi a je uzavřena závěrem s praktickým doporučením.
Abstract:
Thesis is about the effect of compression calf sleeves on running performance. Theoretical part describes anatomy of lower limb, alternative ergogenic ways and compression garments. Practical part describes research problem and results. Subsequently, our results are discussed in the following section where we also offer our explanation of results for future studies.
