Cieľom tejto práce je vytvoriť nástroj, ktorý umožňuje vytvárať užívateľsky definované sekvencie pozostávajúce z alignmentov, ktoré ladia transmisné elektrónové mikroskopy. Práca bola vedená v spolupráci s Thermo Fisher Scientific Brno. Túto funkciu požadovali fyzici, ktorí úzko spolupracujú s automatizačným tímom. The thesis aims to create a tool that allows to create custom alignment sequences that run on transmission electron microscopes. The work was conducted in collaboration with Thermo Fisher Scientific Brno. The feature has been requested by physicists working closely with the automation team.
