Tato práce se zabývá segmentací obrazu. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo prozkoumat semi-automatické nástroje pro segmentaci obrazů buněk se složitým tvarem, porovnat nástroje s manuálními a doporučit vhodný semi-automatický nástroj pro účely Cell Tracking Challenge (CTC). Abstract:
This work deals with image segmentation. The main goal of this thesis was to investigate semi-automatic tools for segmentation images of cells with complex shapes, compare them with manual tools, and recommend suitable tools for the purpose of the Cell Tracking Challenge (CTC).
