Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na život pacienta/klienta s terapií Warfarinem. Svým obsahem je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část se zabývá hemostázou, lékem Warfarinem, jeho indikacemi, monitorací účinku léčby, kontraindikacemi, lékovými interakcemi, antidotem a ošetřovatelskou péčí u warfarinizovaných klientů soustředěnou na edukaci a výživu. The bachelor thesis focuses on the life of the patient/client with Warfarin therapy. Its content is divided into theoretical and research part. The theoretical part deals with hemostasis, drug Warfarin, its indications, monitoring of the effect of treatment, contraindications, drug interactions, antidotes and nursing care in warfarinized clients focused on education and nutrition.
