Diplomová práce analyzuje téma gastronomie a nabídku gastronomických kurzů, dále pak mapuje možnosti dalšího vzdělávání v oboru kuchař, číšník a cukrář. První část práce vymezuje pojmy úzce související s obory gastronomie a věnuje se didaktickým pomůckám i metodám využívaných při kurzech. This graduation theses analyses the subject gastronomy and the selection of gastronomic workshops, it furthermore reviews the possibilities of additional education in field of cook, waiter and confectioner.
