Reengineering of business processes during the economic recessions

Abstract:

Současná ekonomická recese zastihla podniky nepřipravené. Ocitají se náhle před náročným obdobím plným změn, které nečekaly. Po etapě zaměřené na produkty se pozornost obrací na procesy. Předmětem diplomové práce „Reengineering podnikových procesů v období ekonomické recese“ je analýza vybraných procesů v konkrétním podniku a návrh jejich reengineeringu v korelaci s ekonomickou recesí. První část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů a vztahů mezi nimi. V navazující části mapuji vybrané procesy, provádím jejich analýzu a na jejím základě navrhuji potřebné změny, včetně krátké analýzy lidských zdrojů. V závěru se také krátce věnuji návrhu integrace zákazníků, dodavatelů a konkurentů do vnitropodnikových procesů. Pro „Zvolený podnik“ jsem navrhla zavedení procesu tvorby strategie, která podniku zajistí žádoucí rozvoj s ohledem na skutečnosti, které s sebou přinesla současná ekonomická recese.

Abstract:

The current economic recession has caught businesses unprepared. They suddenly find themselves facing a difficult period full of changes they had not expected. After a period of focusing on products, attention is turning to processes. The subject of the thesis “Reengineering of business processes in the period of economic recession” is an analysis of selected processes in a particular company and a suggestion for their reengineering correlated with the economic recession. The first part focuses on a definition of basic terms and relations between them. In the following section I map the particular processes, analyse them and based on the analysis I suggest further necessary changes, a brief analysis of human resources included. In conclusion, I focus briefly on the suggestion of integration of customers, suppliers and competitors into internal company processes. For the “Chosen company” I suggested the implementation of the process of strategy formation, which will ensure the desired development for the company with regard to the realities brought about by the current economic recession.
