External Workers in Non-Profit Organisations Focused on Leisure Education

Abstract:

Následující bakalářská práce ?Práce externistů v neziskových organizacích zaměřených na zájmové vzdělávání? je rozdělena na dvě části teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části práce je popsána nezisková organizace, jejíž činnost je orientována na volný čas, jehož způsob využití, je v této době velice důležitý, hlavně u dětí a mladých lidí, a externí pracovníci jako součást mimoškolního vzdělávání. V praktické části je práce zaměřena na příspěvkovou organizaci Dům dětí a mládeže Sluníčko, Otrokovice a na metodologii výzkumu. Poté následuje část, která je zaměřena na výsledky dotazníkového výzkumu, jehož cílem je zjistit, jaké faktory vedou externí pracovníky k výběru a následnému výkonu tohoto povolání a základní charakteristiky externích pracovníků.

Abstract:

The following thesis " External Workers in Non-Profit Organizations Focused on Leisure Education" consists of the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the non-profit organization whose activity is focused on lemure. Using the leisure time is very important in these days, especially for children, youth, and external staff as part of after-school education. The practical part of the work is focused on the contribution organization Child and Youth Center Sluníčko in the town of Otrokovice and research methodology. These two parts of the thesis are followed by the part, which is focused on the research results of a questionnaire. The questionnaire was designed to determine which factors are leading the external staff to select and perform this profession and the basic characteristics of the external staff.
