Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je sociální práce s lidmi s mentálním postižením, a to konkrétně ve službě Chráněné bydlení Sedlnice. Cílem bakalářské práce je v teoretické části popsat a vysvětlit pojmy související s tématem práce a v aplikační části demonstrovat na analýze kazuistiky, jak probíhal proces individuálního plánování, postupného osamostatňování a integrace klienta s mentálním postižením v Chráněném bydlení Sedlnice. Práce je teoreticko-aplikačního charakteru a je řešena metodou analýzy problému z praxe, konkrétně analýzou interních dokumentů a spisové dokumentace. Kazuistika sleduje příběh pana N, který je klientem Chráněného bydlení Sedlnice. Případ je analyzován z hlediska individuálního plánování, procesu osamostatňování a integrace klienta. Shrnutí a diskuse obsahuje výstupy práce a zjištění průběhu procesu individuálního plánování, osamostatňování a integrace pana N. Analýza kazuistiky je v diskusi podrobena zhodnocení v kontextu celé služby. Závěrem práce autorka odpovídá na otázky položené v úvodu této práce. Výsledkem je zjištění, že služba Chráněné bydlení Sedlnice měla na osamostatnění klienta obrovský vliv. Pan N je mnohem méně závislý na pomoci druhých a naučil se mnoho nových dovedností. Autorka bakalářské práce shledává, že Chráněné bydlení Sedlnice panu N poskytlo kvalitní podporu.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is social work with people with mental disabilities, specifically in the Protected Housing Sedlnice. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe and explain the concepts related to the topic of the thesis in the theoretical part and in the application part to demonstrate how the process of individual planning, gradual independence and integration of a client with mental disabilities in the Protected Housing Sedlnice took place. The theoretical-applicational work is solved by the method of analysis of a practical problem, namely by analysis of internal documents and case files. The case study follows the story of Mr. N, who is a client of the Sedlnice Sheltered Housing. The case is analysed from the point of view of individual planning, the process of independence and integration of the client. The summary and discussion contains the outcomes of the work and the findings of the process of individual planning, independence and integration of Mr. N. The case study analysis is discussed and evaluated in the context of the whole service. Finally, the author concludes the thesis by answering the questions posed in the introduction to this thesis. As a result, it is found that the Sedlnice sheltered housing service had a huge impact on the client's independence. Mr N is much less dependent on the help of others and has learnt many new skills. The author of the thesis finds that Sedlnice Sheltered Housing has provided Mr N with good quality support.
