The topic of this thesis is the analysis of municipal laws in Bavaria and the Czech Republic through a interlingual comparison. The thesis focuses on the substantive comparison of the laws, i.e. on the differences in the rights of these laws, as well as on the linguistic comparison, which specifically deals with the use of passive constructions in legal texts. Tématem této diplomové práce je analýza obecních zákonů v Bavorsku a v České republice prostřednictvím mezijazykového srovnání. Práce se zaměřuje na věcné srovnání zákonů, tedy na rozdíly v právech u těchto zákonů a také na jazykové srovnání, které se konkrétně zabývá používáním pasivních konstrukcí v právních textech.
