Předmětem diplomové práce pojištění záruk je rozbor tohoto produktu na českém pojistném trhu s cílem jeho podrobné charakteristiky a porovnání s bankovní zárukou, která je v práci také pečlivě popsána. Uvádím legislativní úpravu obou produktů, jejich typy, formy a druhy. The theme of this thesis is the guarantees insurance. The work analyses this product available on the Czech insurance market with the objective to characterise the insurance of guarantees in detail and compare it with the bank guarantee, which is also discussed in the thesis thoroughly.
