Tato práce se zabývá vztahem prezidenta a vlády v Litvě. Litva se dá zařadit mezi země s poloprezidentským režimem. This thesis deals with the relationship between president and goverment in Lithuania. Lithuania is considered as a country with semipresidential regime. President has quite strong position and his competencies, mainly in foreign policy, are not defined properly. That is, why a lot of disputes and tense between president and government can occur.
