Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na popsání postupu při vyřizování agendy, rekonstrukci spisové služby a typologii vydávaných komunikačních písemností. V kapitolách, které předcházejí vlastnímu jádru práce, je pozornost věnována především personálnímu složení úřadu, struktuře agend a jejich rozdělení mezi úředníky. The thesis is focused on the description of administrative work handling, the reconstruction of documents management and the typology of issued communication papers. The chapters that precede the substance of the thesis deal mainly with district council´s personnel, the structure of administrative work and its division among officers.
