In my bachelor thesis I am trying to approach patterns of local autonomy in real life. Based on analysis of autonomy mechanisms I point out the dissociation of power between each of local authorities. I also apply my theoretical knowledge on concrete situations, in which I present the basic functioning of autonomy in real life.
