"Sliding" Mandat of Deputy
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá institutem klouzavého mandátu poslance. V minulosti byly učiněny dva pokusy o jeho zavedení do českého právního řádu. V této práci jsou oba návrhy analyzovány. Také je zde zkoumána úprava slučitelnosti funkce člena vlády a poslance ve státech EU. Úpravy ve státech používajících klouzavý mandát byly vzájemně porovnány.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with sliding mandate of deputy. Two attempts were made to implement sliding mandate into Czech legal order in the past. The both bills are analysed in the thesis. Also the regulation of compatibility of ministerial office and parliamentary office is examined there. The regulations of sliding mandate are compared to each other.
