Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců v odvětví prádelen a čistíren. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zanalyzovat a zhodnotit úroveň odměňování a motivace pracovníků v odvětví prádelen a čistíren a na základě zjištěných výsledků navrhnout možné způsoby zlepšení, které by vedly ke zlepšení situace. Pro dosažení stanoveného cíle bylo použito několik následujících výzkumných metod: rámcovou analýzu odvětví, analýzu webových stránek, vnitropodnikových dokumentů, případovou studii, dotazníková šetření, strukturovaný rozhovor s vedoucím ekonomického úseku a statistické zpracování dat. Prostřednictvím zvolených metod, bylo možné zodpovědět na stanovené výzkumné otázky. Výsledky ukazují, že ve zvoleném sektoru, je v rámci řízení lidských zdrojů několik problematických oblastí. Podniky v sektoru se potýkají s vysokou fluktuací pracovníků a nedostatkem kvalifikované pracovní síly. Co se týče systému odměňování pracovníků, tak nejvíce řešeným tématem je výše mezd. Jedná se o sektor, který se řadí k nižším platovým kategoriím. Na základě provedeného šetření bylo zjištěno, že personalisté se nejčastěji domnívají, že pracovníky v prádelenských provozech nejvíce motivuje k vyššímu pracovnímu výkonu finanční ohodnocení a prémie, což bylo následně zaměstnanci potvrzeno. Prostřednictvím statistického testování nebyl prokázán statisticky významný rozdíl, co se týče atraktivnosti mezi jednotlivými benefity. Důležité je, aby prádelenské společnosti nabízeli svým pracovníkům širokou a pestrou nabídku výhod. Praktický přínos práce představují návrhy rámcových změn, které byly vytvořeny na základě provedeného výzkumu a získaných dat. Provedený výzkum má určité limity, zejména co se týče velikosti vzorku, který byl použit, a také v rozsahu některých provedených analýz. Tyto limity jsou především dány omezeným rozsahem práce.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is the remuneration and motivation of employees in the laundry and dry cleaning industry. The main objective of the thesis was to analyse and evaluate the level of remuneration and motivation of employees in the laundry and dry cleaning industry and, based on the results, to suggest possible ways of improvement that would lead to an improvement of the situation. In order to achieve the stated objective, several of the following research methods were used: framework analysis of the industry, website analysis, internal company documents, case study, questionnaire surveys, structured interview with the head of the economic department and statistical data processing. Through the chosen methods, it was possible to answer the set research questions. The results show that in the selected sector, there are several problematic areas within human resource management. Enterprises in the sector are faced with high staff turnover and shortage of skilled manpower. As far as the workers' remuneration system is concerned, the most addressed issue is the level of wages. This is a sector that is in the lower pay brackets. Based on the survey conducted, it was found that HR managers most often believe that workers in laundry operations are most motivated to perform better by financial rewards and bonuses, which was subsequently confirmed by employees. Through statistical testing, there was no statistically significant difference in terms of attractiveness between benefits. It is important that laundry companies offer a wide and varied range of benefits to their workers. The practical contribution of the thesis is the suggestions for framework changes that have been developed based on the research conducted and the data collected. The research carried out has some limitations, particularly in terms of the sample size that was used and also in the scope of some of the analyses carried out. These limits are mainly due to the limited scope of the work.
