Abstract:

Tato práce pojednává o pojmu motivace a stimulace jako takové, zabývá se nejznámějšími teoriemi, které v minulosti vznikly. Následně popisuje roli manažera, osobu a psychiku pracovníka. V další části pojednává o vnějších vlivech na pracovníka. A v poslední kapitole se zabývá systému odměňování a hodnocení zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

This piece of work discusses about the concept of motivation and stimulation as such, it deals with the best known theories that were created in the past. It also describes the role of manager, person and psyche of worker. In the next part it discuss about external influences on the worker. And in the last chapter deals with the reward system and rating employees.
