A study of the feasibility of the establishment of practice of rehabilitation and physiotherapy of dogs in Jindřichův Hradec

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce bylo vypracování studie proveditelnosti založení praxe rehabilitace a fyzioterapie pro psy v Jindřichově Hradci. V úvodní teoretické části práce jsou popsány zásady a náležitosti při tvorbě studie proveditelnosti. Tato teoretická východiska jsou poté uplatněna při vypracování samotné studie proveditelnosti v praktické části diplomové práce. Analýza prostředí byla provedena pomocí PEST analýzy a Porterova modelu pěti sil. K průzkumu trhu bylo využito osobního dotazování. Studie dále obsahuje popis marketingového mixu a technických aspektů projektu. V závěru je provedena finanční analýza a zhodnoceny jednotlivé varianty projektu. Na základě výsledků této studie proveditelnosti byla posouzena rea-lizovatelnost tohoto projektu.

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis was the elaboration of a feasibility study for the establishment of the practice of rehabilitation and physiotherapy for dogs in Jindřichův Hradec. In the introductory theoretical part of the thesis, the principles and essentials of the feasibility study are described. These theoretical bases are then applied in the elaboration of the feasibility study itself in the practical part of the thesis. The environmental analysis was performed using PEST analysis and the Porter five forces analysis. Personal inquiries were used for market research. The study also contains a description of the marketing mix and the technical aspects of the project. In conclusion, a financial analysis is carried out and individual variants of the project are evaluated. Based on the results of this feasibility study, the feasibility of this project was assessed.
