Diplomová práce se zabývá specifickou činností při ochraně adresátů veřejné správy a ochraně správního procesu v širším pojetí, tzv. přezkumem nezákonného zásahu. Cíl práce byl vytyčen s ohledem na obsah pojmů zásah a přezkum, a také na vlastní konstrukci přezkumu v rámci veřejné správy a soudní ochrany.
