Management and improvement of production processes by means of Six Sigma
Abstract:
Cílem práce je analýza zavádění programu Six Sigma v konkrétním podniku. V teoretické části je popsána filozofie metody Six Sigma, koncepce DMAIC a podstata jejího fungování. V praktické části bude analyzována situace v podniku Bosch Diesel s.r.o, definován výchozí stav před zavedením projektu, popsána aplikace teroretických nástrojů a zhodnocení výsledků projektu.
Abstract:
The goal of this work is to analyze the implementation of Six Sigma in a particular company. The theoretical part describes the philosophy of Six Sigma methods, the concept of DMAIC and the basis of its operation.
