Ve městě Mostar se volby nekonaly mezi lety 2008 a 2020. Bakalářská práce má za cíl, formou kvalitativní případové studie, zmapovat situaci v Mostaru a bude hledat odpovědi na to, proč se ve městě, které je po-pulačně na úrovní krajského města v České republice, nekonaly volby dvanáct let. The elections in the city of Mostar did not take place between 2008 and 2020. This bachelor's thesis aims, in the form of a qualitative case study, to map the situation in Mostar and will seek answers to why there were no elections for twelve years in the city, which has a popu-lation of a regional city in the Czech Republic.
