Facultative compensation employing of the mandatory proportion PWD

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá náhradním plněním v rámci povinného zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Cílem práce je zjištění problematických míst institutu náhradního plnění z pohledu zaměstnavatelů. Pro zjištění tohoto cíle bylo zvoleno kvantitativní šetření, ve kterém zaměstnavatelé vyplnili polostrukturovaný dotazník. Bylo zjištěno, že nejčastějším problémem v rámci náhradního plnění je vysoká cena výrobků či služeb a také to, že nabídka těchto výrobků a služeb neodráží poptávku na trhu. Byly nalezeny velké nedostatky v aktuálním katalogu zaměstnavatelů OZP a téměř 60 % odběratelů náhradního plnění uvádí, že by uvítali komplexní registr poskytovatelů náhradního plnění. Nejčastější formou plnění povinného podílu OZP je jejich zaměstnávání, využití náhradního plnění nebo kombinace těchto dvou možností.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with facultative compensation under compulsory employment of persons with disabilities. The aim of this research is to detect bottlenecks of the Institute of facultative compensation from the perspective of employers. This objective has been fulfilled by quantitative survey in which employers filled a semi-structured questionnaire. It was found that the most common problem in the facultative compensation is the high cost of products or services, and also that offer of these products and services do not reflect market demand. Large gaps has been found in the current catalogue of the employers of the persons with disabilities and almost 60% of buyers of the facultative compensation stated that they would welcome a comprehensive register of the providers of this compensation. The most common form to fulfill the mandatory proportion of persons with disabilities is their employing, the use of facultative compensation or a combination of these two possibilities.
