Care for the Graduates on the Labour market in the region of Most

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce nahlíží komplexně na problematiku absolventa na trhu práce v regionu Most. Řeší ji z pohledu psychologického, sociálního, ekonomického. Nahlíží na problematiku sociálně patologických jevů vznikajících v situaci nezaměstnaného absolventa. Dále se věnuje institucionální péči o absolventy v rámci sektorů státních a nestátních institucí, a to obecně a v mosteckém regionu. Praktická část v rámci této práce se zaměřuje prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu na zjištění znalostí absolventů o institucích na Mostecku, jejich motivaci a postoje vůči rekvalifikačním kurzům a dále na způsoby prostřednictvím nichž si vyhledávají vhodné zaměstnání.

Abstract:

This bachelor work takes a complete look at the problems of graduates on the labour market of the Most region. It solves these problems from the psychological, social, ecxonomical point of view. It describes the problems of social-pathological phenomenons arising from the situation of unemployed graduate. Further it describes the care provided by governmental and nongovernmental institutions generally and specially in the region of Most. Practical part of this work is focused though quantified research on recognizing the knowledge of graduates regarding the institutions in the region of Most, their motivation and approach to attend reskilling courses and further the ways how they are searching for applicable job.
