Diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou a rozborem principu přímého účinku směrnic jakožto nástroje aplikace unijního práva v členských státech Evropské unie. Pozornost je věnována vývoji tohoto institutu ve světle linie rozhodnutí Soudního dvora Evropské unie. Abstract:
Thesis describes and analyses the principle of a direct effect of EU directives as a tool for applying EU law in European union member states. The study focuses on the development of the principle during the course of case law of the European Court of Justice. The aim of this study is to find options for direct effect application in practice and effect limits, including assessment of these limits.
