Hybrid Phosphosilicate Materials: A Theoretical Study
Abstract:
This work studies the dependence of the chemical shift of the 29Si nu-clide on it‘s coordination environment in phosphosilicates using the DFT method with the B3LYP functional and 6-31G * and IGLO-III bases. The studied models were composed of a central Si atom with the co-ordination number 4, 5 or 6, to which phosphate or acetate ligands were bonded in cycles in all realistic ways. Tato práce studuje závislost chemického posunu nuklidu 29Si na jeho koordinačním okolí ve fosfosilikátech použitím metody DFT s funkcio-nálem B3LYP a bázemi 6-31G* a IGLO-III. Studované modely byly tvo-řeny centrálním atomem Si s koordinačním číslem 4, 5 nebo 6, na který byly navázány a do cyklů pospojovány, všechny realizovatelné kombi-nace fosfátových a acetátových ligandů.
