Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou a rozborem dohod konaných mimo pracovní poměr. Teoretická část se věnuje druhům pracovněprávních vztahů, mezi něž patří i dohoda o provedení práce a dohoda o pracovní činnosti. The theoretical part is devoted to the types of employment relationships, which include the work performance agreement and the work activity agreement.
