The diploma thesis named “Squeeze-out in the New Czech Business Corporations Act” deals with legal aspects of squeezing out of shareholders from a corporation. Firstly, the thesis focuses on a brief characteristic of joint stock company, because the squeeze-out process is immanent for this type of company precisely.
