Synthetic sweeteners in human nutrition
Abstract:
Práce je věnována obecným vlastnostem týkajících se syntetických sladidel. Poté je zaměřena na legislativu a jejich vliv na lidské zdraví. V práci jsou diskutována některá tvrzení vyskytující se na internetu v souvislosti se současnými vědeckými výsledky.
Abstract:
This work deals with a general properties of synthetic sweeteners. It is focused on the legislation and their effect on human health. Some claims regarding the adverse effects of artificial sweeteners on the human health available on the Internet are discussed using the current scientific researches.
