Cieľom diplomovej práce je navrhnúť stratégiu pre konkrétny podnik s využitím stakeholderského prístupu. Teoretická časť obsahuje základné pojmy o strategickom riadení podniku, metódy strategickej analýzy, metódy stakeholderskej analýzy a tvorby stratégie.
