Abstract:
Bakalářská práce definuje základní pojmy, krátce přiblíží historii, která současný stav ovlivnila, analyzuje systém finanční kontroly ve veřejné správě, vymezuje pojem hospodárnost, účelnost, efektivnost a popisuje právní rámec veřejnosprávní kontroly, její přípravu, postupy a výkon.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis gives definitions of basic notions, deals in brief with history which has influenced the present state, analyses the financial control system in public administration, defines the notions of economy, usefulness and efficiency; it also describes the legal framework of control in public administration, its preparation, methods and execution.
