Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice ochranných známek v mezinárodním obchodu. V práci je popsána historie ochranných známek, jejich funkce a obecné vlastnosti. Následně práce systematicky pojednává o právní úpravě ochrany práv k ochranným známkám v mezinárodním a evropském měřítku, které analyzuje a dále srovnává relevantní ustanovení s konkrétní národní právní úpravou. The diploma thesis discuss the issue of trademarks in the international trade. It describes the history of trade marks, their functions and general properties. Subsequently the work systematically discusses the legislation protecting trademark rights in international and European level, which analyzes and compares the relevant parts with specific national legislation.
