Cash-Flow and liquidity controlling in the company Transforwarding a.s.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na controlling likvidity a cash flow ve zvoleném podniku. Nejprve je vysvětlen význam pojmu controlling, společně s jeho funkcemi, cíli a úkoly. Ve druhé kapitole jsou charakterizovány metody a nástroje controllingu likvidity a cash flow včetně finančního controllingu a finanční analýzy. Velká část kapitoly je věnována uvedení do problematiky poměrových ukazatelů. Ve třetí kapitole je představen vybraný podnik Transforwarding a.s. Stěžejní částí této práce je čtvrtá kapitola, ve které jsou popsány controllingové aktivity ve zvoleném podniku. Ke konci kapitoly jsou počítány vybrané ukazatele posuzující likviditu a cash flow. Na základě analyzování metod a ukazatelů, je v poslední kapitole zhodnocena efektivita controllingových aktivit ve společnosti a nastíněno několik návrhů, jež by měly nasměrovat firmu k ještě lepším výsledkům.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis is focused on cash flow and liquidity controlling in chosen company. At first, the meaning of the word controlling is explained, including its functions, targets and tasks. In the second part, methods and tools of cash flow and liquidity controlling are characterised, including financial controlling and financial analysis. The large part of this chapter is devoted to the issue of financial ratios. In the third part, the chosen company Transforwarding is introduced. The main part of this thesis is the fourth part, in which main activities in controlling at the chosen company are described. At the end of the fourth part certain indicators that regards liquidity and cash flow are used. On the basis of analysing methods and indicators, the total effectiveness of controlling activities are evaluated in conclusion and there are also some suggestions, that should contribute to the improvement of company results.
