Tato bakalářská práce popisuje, jakým způsobem funguje výchovná skupina. Práce je rozdělaná na dvě části, teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy související s tématem. Začátek je věnován období adolescence, dále je popsána sociální skupina, její funkce a rozdělení s bližším zaměřením na malou sociální skupinu. This batchelor thesis describes the specific educational group and how it works. The thesis has two parts- theoretical and empirical.
