Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá významem podnikových webových stránek, online platforem a digitálních prospektů pro hospodářskou komunikaci s německy mluvícím klientem. V úvodu autorka zmiňuje hlavní cíl této bakalářské práce, kterým je přiblížit čtenáři dané aspekty digitálních služeb a na základě dotazníkového šetření zjistit, jaký význam těmto digitálním službám klienti přikládají.
