Záměrem této diplomové práce je identifikovat příklady dobré praxe v zajišťování kariérních služeb na vysokých školách. První část se soustředí na situaci v České republice a Evropě obecně. The goal of the submitted thesis is to identify best practices in managing careers services at universities. The first part is focused on situation in the Czech Republic and Europe in general. After defining criteria, fifteen career centers in the US, UK, Germany and Austria are selected to be part of the research.
