Tato práce se zabývá fenoménem job-hoppingu, který je definován jako časté dobrovolné střídání zaměstnání. Přestože změna zaměstnání může vylepšit kariéru, příliš častá změna zaměstnání je spojena s negativními konotacemi. This thesis analyses job-hopping behaviour, which is defined as frequent voluntary job changes. While changing job might improve one's career, doing it too frequently is associated with negative connotations.
