Tato práce se zabývá taiwanskou zvukovou krajinou a jejím vnímáním obyvateli Taiwanu. Předchozí studie ukazují, že hlukové znečištění je jednou z nejzávažnějších hrozeb pro lidské zdraví, které se často přehlížejí. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on Taiwanese soundscape and its perception by the Taiwanese people. Previous studies show that noise pollution is one of the most severe threats to human health, which is often overlooked. Taiwanese soundscape tends to be seen as an environment full of noises exceeding control standards, but only a handful of scholars reveal the brighter side of the ubiquitous sounds.
