Abstract:

Téma mé absolventské práce bylo Hospicová péče a Dům pro Julii. V rámci této práce jsem zorganizovala Charitativní bazárek, jehož celý výtěžek byl určen na výstavbu dětského hospice Dům pro Julii. Uspořádání této akce bylo aplikačním cílem mé absolventské práce. Nyní můžu konstatovat, že tento cíl se povedlo naplnit. Charitativní bazárek proběhl v prosinci 2021 a výtěžek z této akce ve výši 33 014 Kč byl předán dětskému hospici. Tímto praktickým počinem byl naplněn symbolický cíl mé absolventské práce, a to přispět ke zlepšení péče o děti a mladistvé se závažným či život ohrožujícím onemocněním. Poznávacím cílem mé absolventské práce bylo nabídnout čtenáři soubor informací k problematice hospicové péče. V teoretické části své práce uvádím definici hospicové péče i její legislativní rámec. Věnuji pozornost také roli sociálního pracovníka v hospicové péči. Důležitým faktorem při hospicové péči o děti je věk dítěte, což je v mé práci také zmíněno. Zmiňuji se ve své práci i o perinatální paliativní péči. Významnou částí práce každé neziskové organizace, tedy i Domu pro Julii, je fundraising. Proto jsem nezapomněla ani na toto téma.Praktická část mé práce je věnována dětskému hospicu Dúm pro Julii, zejména popisuji okolnosti jeho založení, současný stav a plány do budoucna, včetně popisu lůžkového hospice. Součástí praktické části je i popis fází a průběhu Charitativního bazárku.

Abstract:

The topic of this final work is Hospice Care and Dům pro Julii. As part of this work, it was organized a charitable sale. The entire profit of this sale was intended for the construction of the children's hospice Dům pro Julii. The organization of this event was the application goal of my final work. It possible to say, that the goal has been achieved well. The sale took place in December 2021 and the profit from this event, the amount of CZK 33,014 was handed over to the children's hospice. This practical act also fulfilled the symbolic goal of my graduate work, namely to contribute to the improvement of care for children and adolescents with serious or life-threatening illness. The cognitive goal of this final work was to offer the reader a set of information on the issue of hospice care. The theoretical part of this work presents the definition of hospice care and its legislative framework. It was also mentioned the role of a social worker in hospice care. The age of the child is an important factor in hospice care, that is also reported in this work. Substantial part of the work of every non-profit organization, including Dům pro Julii, is fundraising. Therefore, it is also not forgotten to mention this topic either.The practical part of my work is devoted to the children's hospice Dúm pro Julii, specifically it is defined the circumstances of its establishment, the current state and plans for the future, including a description of the hospice. The practical part also includes a picture of the phases and course of the charitable sale.
