Perioperative nurses' stress resistance (concept sense of coherence)

Abstract:

Práce je rozdělena dvě části. V teoretickém oddíle jsou popsány zátěžové faktory, se kterými se perioperační sestry vyrovnávají během své práce, a které ovlivňují jejich odolnost a zdraví. Druhá kapitola se věnuje konceptu salutogeneze a měření SOC. Empirická část se zabývá využitím dotazníku SOC-29 u skupiny sester pracujících v perioperační péči. Sleduje celkovou hodnotu a rozložení SOC u sester a následně je porovnává se společnými tématy provedených rozhovorů, které jsou zaměřeny na klíčové oblasti vztahující se ke stresovému prostředí operačních sálů a odolnosti k pracovnímu stresu.

Abstract:

The work has two parts. The theoretical section describes the stress factors that perioperative nurses cope with during their work and which affect their endurance and health. The second section deals with the concept of salutogenesis and SOC measurement. The empirical part deals with the use of the SOC-29 questionnaire in a group of nurses working in perioperative care. It monitors the overall value and SOC distribution among nurses and then compares them with the common topics of the interviews, which are focused on key areas related to the stressful environment of operating rooms and resistance to work stress.
