Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu komparace gastronomických služeb ve dvou vybraných lyžařských destinacích v Rakousku. Cílem výzkumné části je porovnat rozsah a kvalitu gastronomických služeb. Analytická část podává informace a přehled o nabídce gastronomický provozoven. Průzkum je zaměřen na stravovací zařízení určená pro turisty lyžařských středisek.

Thesis deals with the comparison of catering services in selected ski resorts in Austria. The objective of the research part is to compare the range and quality of the catering services.
