Abstract:

Domácí násilí {--} alternativní formy pomoci Domácí násilí je specifické druh násilí procházející napříč spektrem celé společnosti. Mezi jeho hlavní znaky patří blízký vztah mezi osobou ohroženou a násilnou, opakovatelnost a stupňování násilných incidentů, které se odehrávají za zavřenými dveřmi. Následky domácího násilí zanechávají v jejich obětech trvalé rány. Ve své práci jsem tedy zaměřila na analýzu nabídky možností pomoci obětem domácího násilí. Dále pak na interdisciplinární spolupráci mezi Policií ČR, justicí a intervenčními centry, jež je dána zákonem č. 135/2006 Sb. o domácím násilí a mezi ostatními subjekty poskytující pomoc osobám ohroženým domácím násilím koordinované příslušnými intervenčními centry, jež se opírá o zákon č. 108/2006 Sb. o sociálních službách. V poslední části práce jsem se zaměřila na interdisciplinární spolupráci a s tím související statistická data v rámci Ústeckého kraje. Výsledkem je zjištění přínosu zákona o domácím násilí, vykázání násilné osoby ze společné domácnosti a následné pomoci prostřednictvím intervenčního centra. Dále také činnost intervenčního centra, které v rámci problematických oblastí zřizuje detašovaná pracoviště či kontaktní místa ve spolupráci s jinými organizacemi s cílem rozšíření sítě poskytovaných služeb v rámci celého kraje.

Abstract:

Domestic violence {--} alternative forms of help Domestic violence is a specific kind of a enforcement in the recent society. Between its main signs belongs close relationship between the endagered person and the aggressor, repeatebility of the violencing actions and the escalating of these incidents. Domestic violence is also specific because of its fact, that most of these incidents are acting behind the closed door of the households. Consequences of the domestic violence very often leave its victims with the permanent mental as well as physical injuries. In my dissertation work I aimed at the analyse of possibilities for help to the victims of the domestic violence. Analyse is also including interdisciplinar cooperation of Police, justice, the interventional centers under the domestic violence law 135/2006 and between other subjects which are providing help to people who are endangered by the domestic violence. These subjects are coordinated by the competent interventional centers under the social services law 108/2006. At the end of my disertation work I have aimed at the interdisciplinary cooperation and coherent statistic within the frame of Ustecký region. The result is, how much the domestic violence law as well as banishing the aggressor from the common household and the help through the interventional center afterwards contribute to the constant fight agains this kind of enforcement. I also aimed at the activity of the interventional center within the most problematic areas, where the centers are establishing detached work stations or the contact centers in conjuction with the other organizations aimed to the expansion of the current services network within the frame of the whole region.
