Internal communication as a tool for effective people management

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá interní komunikací jako nástrojem efektivního vedení lidí. Jejím cílem je identifikace klíčových oblastí interní komunikace ve vybraném podniku s akcentem na oblast vedení lidí. První část je věnována teoretickým východiskům v oblastech interní komunikace a leadershipu. Druhá část se zaměřuje na analýzu interní komunikace společnosti STS Uhlířské Janovice, s. r. o. Analýza je provedena na základě dotazníkového šetření a jejím výsledkem jsou návrhy na zlepšení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with internal communication as a tool for effective people management. Its aim is the identification of key areas of internal communication in the chosen company with an accent on the area of people management. The first part is devoted to theoretical foundations in the areas of internal communication and leadership. The second part focuses on the analysis of the internal communication of STS Uhlířské Janovice, s. r. o. The analysis is performed on basis on a questionnaire survey and its result are suggestions for improvement.
