Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit problematiku třídního kolektivu a klimatu a jejich vlivu na žáka a zároveň uvést možnosti jejich formování pomocí různých technik. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje vymezení problematiky klimatu třídy a charakteristiku třídního kolektivu jako sociální skupiny.
