The valuation of the company 2N telekomunikace a.s.
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti 2N telekomunikace a.s na bázi tržní hodnoty k datu 31.12.2011. Diplomová práce se skládá z následujících částí - charakteristika společnosti, strategická a finanční analýza, analýza a prognóza generátorů hodnoty a samotné ocenění, které bylo provedeno pomocí výnosové metody DCF Equity, alternativní metodou byla metoda srovnatelných podniků.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company 2N telekomunikace a.s. as of 31.12.2011. The thesis is splited into folowing parts - introduction of company, strategic analysis, financial analysis, analysis and prediction of value generators, valuation.
